Energy Share for Sunday
March 15, 2009
All the Hemispheres
Leave the familiar for a while.
Let your senses and bodies stretch out
Like a welcomed season
Onto the meadows and shores and hills.
Open up to the Roof.
Make a new water-mark on your excitement
And love.
Like a blooming night flower,
Bestow your vital fragrance of happiness
And giving
Upon our intimate assembly.
Change rooms in your mind for a day.
All the hemispheres in existence
Lie beside an equator
In your heart.
Greet Yourself
In your thousand other forms
As you mount the hidden tide and travel
Back home.
All the hemispheres in heaven
Are sitting around a fire
Chatting
While stitching themselves together
Into the Great Circle inside of
You.
'The Subject Tonight is Love' by Hafiz
Translated by Daniel Ladinsky
Here's another favorite Sufi poet and it felt right to send this as inspiration for the energy boost I send you today. Hafiz, like all Sufi poets, expresses in poetry love for the divine and the intoxicating oneness of union. It's the passionate energy of the poetry that is so uplifting and enlightening that I have placed it into the boost.
Fill yourself in every moment with loving kindness, confidence, strength and inspiration for your journey. Let it give you clarity and depth of mind to see the truth, strength for positive action, and lightness to find humor in even the most desperate of times. The boost will be there for as long and as much as you need it.
Yesterday I finally met with the owner of the medi-spa (refer to my previous post: Mega Mixer Special Event-S.P.A. and Reiki) and hope to work there doing energy healing, aromatherapy and teaching chi kung and meditation. S.P.A. uses ionic water devices, dry sauna, massage beds among other things, and will also have in their employ a hypnotherapist and reflexologist(http://www.gotomyspa.org/). The big challenge now is getting reliable transportation since my regular transport service doesn't go to this particular neck of the woods in Riverside County. They say they service Corona, they just don't go to this shopping center where the spa is. Go figure, it's a government-run service, so what else can I say? LOL! But I am very excited about this opportunity to provide my services and be fully supported in my healing practice.
And speaking of being supported, Karen, the owner, has talked about bringing in guest speakers in the future. So if any of you have plans to visit to southern California, keep it mind, I'll be posting more on that later.
Anyhow, the energy boost was a big help to me this past week...one of those Murphy's Law, static electricity things. So I am grateful to you being a part of this share and raising the vibrations of all in our little community. I love you guys!!! Thanks again and enjoy the previous posts.
Namaste (Let us honor the love and peace within each other),
Lydia
