Today my friend and holistic spa owner, Karen, and her husband celebrated their 25th anniversary. I chose to dance a few Hawaiian hulas in their honor and we had a wonderful time together. The first hula I danced was about the waterfall Hi'ilawe in the Waipi'o valley of the Big Island (checkout the previous post videos of the songs I chose). But its deeper meaning was about the love affair of 2 people who were not caught up by gossip and criticism. That they continued to be truthful to themselves, that their love continued to flow unhindered.

And this is also what I chose to be the energy boost for you this week. Feel the boost flow with the life-giving force of water into you and be refreshed, awakened and fulfilled. Live simply, adapt fluidly to the changing circumstances and difficulty around you, and be willing to express who you are truthfully. Call on the boost at anytime for as long as you need. I gratefully acknowledge and fully embrace the boost from you.

Enjoy every moment and live the passionate life you intend it to be.
