The Smellier Side of Healing...
Imagine me giving a Reiki-chi kung workshop, about creating space for quiet inner reflection and meditation... and meanwhile I'm having some constipation issues after a couple of days of miscommunication with caregivers...
Earlier in the day I attended a business networking meeting and after a couple of hours at Salus Per Aquam my stomach and legs start spasming and I know what's coming...just hoping to stave it off until I can get home.
Well at the end of the 1-hour workshop and doing all that energizing, I finally manage to clear out a couple of days worth of blockage...nausea, vomiting, diarhhea...well, you get the idea.
It took my spa owner an hour and a half to help me get cleaned up, another 20 minutes with help from my brother-in-law to prep the car and take me home. That was around 10pm.
And hour later we get home and it takes another hour and a half to bathe and get my wheelchair hosed off and clothing washed up.
By then it's 1 am and I'm finally off to sleep....
Needless to say, I felt nearly 100% better within 24 hours and back at the spa by Saturday morning.
Talk about perfect timing, I am SOOO THANKFUL that those 3 people were around to get me out of that crappy mess! LOL!!!!
