What I Live For

By George Linnaeus Banks

I live for those who love me,
For those who know me true,
For the Heaven that smiles above me,
And awaits my spirit too;
For the cause that lacks assistance,
For the wrong that needs resistance,
For the future in the distance,
And the good that I can do.

Enjoy this gorgeous video and relaxing meditation with the boost I send to you today. Empty your mind and allow yourself to get to that quiet, timeless place. When an event triggers a stressful thought and emotion, remember this meditation and breathe. Let each breath open your heart to the boost. Remember that we experience unity consciousness whenever we breathe in the boost and share it with each other. As always, I joyfully embrace the boost from you with total gratitude.

Enjoy every moment and live the passionate life you intend it to be.

Aloha pumehana (with blessings, love and affection)!
