Hello, I Must Be Going
My apologies to everyone for not posting too much these days...I've had some major energy and pain issues triggered by constant earthquake and dramatic events in the past weeks.
Which meant I had to go through some major detox and after a week or so, I'm back to being myself again.
I am also formally announcing the closure of this blog as of April 1st (seriously, no April Fooling on this one). The blog has evolved a bit over the years since 2005 just as I have, and I'm happy to say that it's been a tremendous pleasure to share so many interesting topics with everyone. And finding like-minded authors of articles on healing, wellness, mind science, music, dance, poetry...so many that were a great source of personal inspiration, hope and joy for me. I hope they have been the same for you.
For my fellow practitioners who've faithfully participated in the weekly energy shares, I will continue to post them on Facebook where I believe they can be shared with a much larger circle of friends. No goodbyes, just a brief journey into another chapter of life. Join me in this new chapter and take part in another exciting venture...some folks have had clues of what this new venture is so keep your eyes and ears peeled...

Modern life can feel dangerous and unstable. Removed from a sense of natural unfolding, our lives can seem precarious and chaotic. Both business and busy-ness can distract us from realizing the deeper flow. We may feel only the rapids and not the nurturing waters.
In times of such stress and anxiety, I seek a foundation firmer than the choppy flow of external events.
Like a tree buffeted by the wind, I am yet grounded in the deep soil of my spiritual life. My roots are strong and self-nurturing. They draw to me sustenance and support.
Today, I root myself in the earth. I connect to the seasons and cycles of life, the great wheel of nature that sustains us all. I reach beneath my daily life, funding my soul with the grace that underlies all things. I am grounded in life itself.

From one of my all-time favorite poets, as you know, and sharing it with treasured friends as you. I believe the time is right now to place these energy shares where they will be accessible to a much larger circle of friends. The mission of an energy share has always been to give and receive support and motivation to healers worldwide, and to that end, I'll be posting the share messages on Facebook. So this will be the last share message on the blog and I want to let you know what a pleasure and honor it has been to conduct these weekly shares over the years. Now let's look forward to doing more for so many who are in dire need today, especially our friends, family, and neighbors at home and overseas.

The group gave me no warning about what was coming in this message. The topic was clear from the beginning, but as they got further into it they made several clear points about what real empowerment looks like. There were times in this message that the group asked each one of us some very direct questions about our views of empowerment. What it looks like in actual practice and what we humans are envisioning may be different; they are preparing us for that step. In this message full of love and hope, the group asks each of us to consider our own thoughts and personal dedication to stepping into empowerment. They said we are stepping into the Age of E.
I will tell you this that may be interesting to some of you. You may sense it as you watch this. The group finished the message early, but they would not let me end until they were finished empowering you. I had wrapped everything up for us to end but they would not leave yet, because there was a specific energy level that they insisted that we reach before ending. Even though the energy in the room was really high, they wanted to make sure each of you felt empowered before I could end the channel. When this first happened my thoughts were on what the audience must be thinking, but then I realized that I was in front of a room full of psychics and let go.
I have an unusual seat for the ride and because of that I watch how they work with you through me. They want us to see how they are empowering us, so that we can learn how to empower one another. They consider us to be Human Angels in training. This message was from the very heart of the group, and as the translator of this message I hope you can feel even a small amount of the love that I felt when bringing it in.

Stepping into Empowerment
There is a word that was used in this room today that has echoed and reverberated very strongly throughout every single person each time you heard it. The word is empowerment. It is basically the energy all humans are stepping into right now. We have mentioned that the Age of E, the Age of Empowerment, is beginning now. This is actually the new energy entering that allows humans to carry more of their own spirit. The illusion of separation was needed to play this game of pretending to be a human. Here you are now making a new body, a new energetic system which will hold more of your light. It will allow you to connect to each other in a more direct way, and over a period of time you will move into what we call deep contact communication. This is simply eliminating much of the fluff and getting down to a deep level of communication. You will soon be able to live in that level of communication every day using fewer words and having a deeper, stronger meaning with all of your communication.
This is happening as a result of human evolution. The collective vibration of all of humanity is moving extremely fast right now and is helping to change this planet every day. The connections now being made are energetically mimicking what we told you would happen with deep contact, only now you have the opportunity of reaching this deep contact level energetically even without the words.
This is what is taking place because humans everywhere are starting to communicate on an energetic level.
You in this room or watching these shows, you are the ones that have been teaching this for many years. So, this does not surprise you nor will you see much of a change in what we are talking about. We are telling you that every person on this planet is feeling this energy now. They do not always know how to acclimate to it, and they do not always understand what is going on with their world. What typically happens is that when new energy enters their world, their world becomes very small. Any type of a crisis and your world becomes very small. You do not think about things five years down the road, for you are dealing with any issue that is immediately in your face as all of your consciousness jumps into present moment. The problem with that is that you come into complete present time, but you lose scope of everything that is happening, especially the bigger picture.
There are some keys that can help you tremendously to hold the larger vision of where you are going, and one of the biggest is empowerment. You are all moving into a stage of life where every human on this planet can carry at least 80% of their own true, natural creative power that they have always had. Since you love numbers so much, we will tell you that you have been carrying less than 3%. You are now starting to see the vast amount of change that can start to take place very rapidly on this planet, and it will happen in a lot of different ways.
Re-positioning for the Shift
It will happen in ways that allow you to see yourself change, as you move and elevate through experiences sometimes even through difficult experiences that come into your lives. Many of you are being re-positioned on this planet in order for this magic to happen in 2012, which is when you have decided it will happen. This is your miracle and it is well underway. You are creating magic. For this to happen, you must be in the place both energetically and physically in order to engage the energy.
Many are currently experiencing events that they view as setbacks. Some are finding relationship difficulties, while some are finding themselves moving without knowing why. If you are being re-positioned, please do not think of this as a negative. Even though it may be a negative step to put you in that position, it very well may be placing you at the highest potential for what you came to do.
As humans continue to re-move the veil it becomes apparent that you are all part of each other, that you are all connected. You are so accustomed to saying, “Oh, I do not like that energy. I do not like that person so I will just ignore that person. I just will not be around them and then I do not have to deal with them.” What we tell you is that you will soon find ways to harmonize even the most discordant energy in your field, because you have come from Home with a very sacred piece of the puzzle. This person who is bothering you also came from Home with a very sacred piece of the puzzle and the problem is that you are trying to fit together in a way that the puzzle does not fit. It is not until you start to move the puzzle pieces and rotate them around, looking at them from different perspectives, that you can see where these two pieces fit together. That is where you can see the harmony in all situations.
Empowerment Techniques
Let us go back to this word, empowerment, for just a moment. How does one become empowered? We have talked many times of what it is about and what it will feel like carrying more of your own light, but let us talk specifically about how it happens. There is a trick for this. As you start re-moving the veil and as you reach a higher vibration, you immediately become aware of the connection with other people…the easiest way to become empowered is to empower the people around you. It is very simple; it is not complicated at all. The challenge is that many times you cannot see where that will get you. It is not an action that humanity has been dealing with so far. Your usual tendency is to try and help another person. If a person comes to you with a problem or a situation where they just need a little push, absolutely you are right there to help them to go in the direction that will be the highest for them. What about true empowerment? What if you empowered that person so they could leave you? What if you empowered that person so they could go against the work that you were doing? How much do you trust humanity? How much do you trust your spirit? That is what this is going to come down to. If you trust the process, you will begin empowering everyone every chance you get because even if they leave you, even if they are not in your field, even if there is no connection whatsoever, that has changed your energy more than it has changed theirs. This is the key that most of you will find will bring you to that part you brought from Home, that piece of the puzzle that all of you have been looking for that you call your passion, your purpose, your intent and your path. All of those pieces are now coming to light but they will come through the people around you. How much light can you place in the eyes and hearts of the people around you every single day?
We ask you, when you go to sleep at night, if you will just stop for a moment and ask yourself, “Who did I empower today? What did I do today that was in the direction of selflessly empowering other people to find their own light?” Even if you believe that their piece did not fit with yours or has no connection to yours at all, if you empower them they put their piece in the puzzle where it belongs and it lets everything fit in your world as well. So, even if there is not a direct connection, the secret of life will become about empowering the people around you.
It is not easy to do because sometimes you just give them permission to be who they are. You give them confidence and encouragement, you give them a push to take that first step knowing it is then up to them. They have to go through that process, but it does not make any difference what the outcome of their life is. The action was that you empowered them in some way. Your first thought is that this is great because their light will get a little brighter, but we tell you that is pale in comparison to how much your light has increased because of the empowerment. If you wish to keep it, figure out a way to give it away as much as you can.
This is going to be the key to helping every person on this planet take this next step. We do not have all the answers as to how it is going to fit into your world. We can tell you the larger energy and some of the challenges we see currently, but we are counting on you to find ways of empowering other people. We are counting on you to figure out ways that you can express your light every day of your life, in every hour, second and moment. This piece is going to be the next cornerstone of all of humanity; yes, you will have your power struggles, because power was always measured on a scale and that is not appropriate any more. The person who is most empowered is not always the happiest person. Just because you have been empowered does not necessarily mean that you are taking your power or acting upon it.
Giving the Gift of the Opportunity to Shine
It simply means that people are giving you the opportunity in their world to shine very brightly. Every chance you get, give that same opportunity every chance you get to the people around you. Try to help them become the people that they want to be. That changes the focus from, “What is wrong with me?” or “What am I doing wrong?” or “What is the next step that I need to take?” Figure out a way to empower even one person just a little bit every day, and your life will change overnight. You will see the reaction and the magnetism that will naturally bring everything to you that you have been struggling for so long and so hard. It seems to be polarized sometimes where it starts moving toward you and just before it gets to you it moves off to the side, just out of reach. It is about empowering yourselves. So, how do you do that?
You do it two ways: figure out a way to empower everyone around you and then when somebody empowers you, take it, step into it and own it. You have egos and you will be dealing with those egos the rest of your lives. It is about the balance and knowing that the more you own who you truly are, the more that everyone can see your real light. It is not about if you are better than they are or good enough, or any other comparison. It is about you finding your light. That is what makes your eyes light up when you smile. That is what gives you the opportunity to change hearts and lives just by walking through them and smiling. You are the angels of the New Earth. You are the Human Angels that have dared to come in with a body and make this incredible transition into a beam of light while still in physical form. We know it is difficult. We have seen your reactions. We have seen your testimony and we have seen your difficulties, but we tell you that it is not only possible, it is happening every single day. The question is how far do you want to take it? How far do you want to step into it? How comfortable are you at claiming and owning your light?
Help From the Other Side
Dear ones, it is not an easy decision but you are up for it. Humans are receiving a tremendous amount of energy from the other side of the veil. All those beings who stepped aside so that you could be here right now, are ready and waiting to help. They are there to send you energy and to help you magnetize your world, re-set your energy and re-take your power if only you ask. You have no idea what it is like on this side of the veil. We tell you that any time a human thinks about us, it lights us up from the inside out. It is an energy that has no comparison in the human world and we tell you that you do it all the time. It is not about us, it is not about thinking about us or worshiping us or putting us on a pedestal of any kind.
We live in a different dimension than you do. We can see things a little bit differently than you, but we are not better than you. We are here to serve you. We are here to help re-mind you of your magnificence of who you really are. When you dare to carry that, when you dare to put your ego aside enough to own your magnificence, we shine, we smile, we become empowered at that point for this is a universal concept. The empowerment of all humanity will take place very quickly. Yes, there will be struggles about it. And yes, there will be a lot of fun about it as well, but how you decide to take this in your individual life will be entirely up to you. We challenge you: Empower at least one human every day and watch the magic unfold.
We have watched your journey and know how much you struggle with being a human. We understand how difficult it is to have that veil that keeps you from remembering who you are. We are here for that reason. We are here to help you know how truly magnificent you are.
Dear ones, you are the greatest angels that have ever lived. You have dared to take off your wings and come and play this magical game. Now that you have won the game, you are taking it to the next level. Do so by holding hands and watch the magic.
It is with the greatest of honor that we leave you with three little reminders. Treat each other with the greatest respect for you are looking in the eyes of god. Nurture one another every chance you get and re-member that it is a game and play well together.
I am very much in the moment of appreciating home. I feel so blessed. I have a loving family, a home that reflects Steve and my energy. I am proud of what Steve and I have created though our dreams becoming a reality. I can honestly say that when someone enters our house that they feel at home. This is because we feel so comfortable in our own settings that we reflect that to all who enter. When we do a seminar whether it is in person or on-line I wish to extend a welcome to all who join. It is about creating a space that allows everyone to feel at ease. It is not really about the material setting where you gather but more the heartfelt energy of bringing people together.
Every morning I watch the news and emphasize with those who are going through such struggles. Japan is being challenged to survive. Seeing the devastation of so much of this country being wiped out saddens my heart. I know this is why I have such gratitude now. Many people have lost all that I am thankful for in my life.
I wonder why so many have to endure such hardships. I feel so frustrated. What can I do to help all these people in the world? I then remember to take a deep breath and be in the present in my own world. I cannot help anyone if I sink so deeply into their pain. I feel by being optimistic I can change my world around me. Maybe I can’t reach an individual in Japan or other parts of the world who have such deep hardships but I can in my own small but powerful way. Reach out to those nearby and help in some way.
What can we do to make a difference? We can do this by connecting one heart at a time. It is contagious. Be kind to a person and then they will carry on the kindness to the next and then the next and from there on. This can reach beyond the barriers of distance. I feel the pain of so many losing their homes or not knowing what is in store for their future. I know by counting my blessings I can help more people.
I had a phone conversation with someone recently. I asked her how she felt about the Japanese tragedy. She said she was sorry for all the pain inflicted on this land but it all seemed so far away and not part of her reality. I had a similar conversation with someone after 911 happened. Her words were the same. This does not make them uncaring people. I know what happens in any part of this world does affect our world but our individual lives continue. We are all so connected. Perhaps my two friends reminded me you cannot move forward if you wallow in pain. I feel those who are experiencing such unbelievable struggles. I now send them my love and support.
I am relishing in the beautiful beginning of springtime season in our area. I love that Austin has started a garden that is growing already. Flowers are ready to bloom. I have not been able to be home so much in the past years. As much as Steve and I love traveling and meeting other Lightworkers in person it is a treat for us to appreciate home in a renewed way.
I ask you if you wish to join me to take a moment. Feel the appreciating for your own home. Now send this to anyone throughout this planet who are less fortunate. Those who are open to our heartfelt thoughts will feel the peace we are sending their way.

~ Magnetic Whip ~ Magnetosphere Whiplash

In this channel the group talked once again about the Chilean Earthquake of last summer. At the time they said that it changed the tilt and the rotation of the planet more than we knew. The group continued messages the next month that talked about the Magnetosphere of Earth and how that cosmic event altered the magnetosphere. Now the group says we have been in the midst of an energy movement that originated with that event. The Magnetosphere of Earth is basically the magnetic field of earth extending far out into space. When this earthquake happened it shifted earth within a few hours but the magnetosphere whipped behind the event and is just now catching up. They said that much of what people are feeling right now is a result of that whip. The good news is that the pace should be slowing down a bit over the next few months. They also talked about the solar flare activity just warming up now and how we can use this rather than be overwhelmed by it.
There was one point in this channel that I will always remember. They have consistently said that we are god and that the collective of humanity determines the overall direction of an event. What they are talking about is 2012. They said there will still be a lot of negativity and fear. There will be messages of fear and there will be messages full of hope and love. What they say is that it is our own choice as individuals what we experience. But what they said for the first time in this channel was that the collective of humanity has just reached a new balance of love over fear on the subject of 2012. Nice work everyone!

Greetings from Home
We have much to tell you this day. We wish to share with you some ideas and concepts of your own world, of your own past and what is taking place through all of humanity at this time. Those of you who have chosen to lead the way vibrationally may use this to open the doors to be there as the teachers and healers, and to help others into the next levels.
Critical Mass – The Choice
We wish to share with you today an extension of a message we gave several months back. (The Magnetosphere May 2010) There have been numerous triggered events that took place this last year and these will continue well into 2011. We count our years a little bit differently than humans because we count it from 10/10/10 to 11/11/11. It is just the way we see energy flowing on Earth.
What is taking place is that humanity has now reached a level where you cannot go back; you have reached a critical mass level. Let us equate it with something you will all understand…the year 2012. Very simply, there will be many people who fall into fear around the year 2012. There are many people who have made a lot of money and gained fame from the fear surrounding 2012, as those have been huge motivating factors on Earth. Although this is a common human reaction to change, unfortunately it makes that change much more difficult than it needs to be. We tell you that just recently the critical mass of humanity has now shifted in favor of love over fear.
You did it. Good job! Yes, there will still be fear. Yes, there will be some preaching fear, though not all are doing so simply because they seek money or fame; many are doing it from the heart. But we tell you that your choice is yours, and each of you will make this shift. Do you wish to make it in fear or in love? Where you want to be in that relationship and where you want to be in this shift is entirely up to you. Re-member, what you choose to perceive will be your reality. This has been the way since day one in physical form.
Blind Creator Beings
Humans are creators. You are all master beings that create everything in your energy field, but you have never known it consciously. You do not know that you create those difficulties so that you can learn or experience something. You do not know that you get yourself into a car accident so that something can happen later and youcan elevate yourself. You do not know that you plan many of these things even before you come into this planet. Then they happen and you fall into your drama, “Oh, why me? Why did that happen to me? It is not happening to anyone else.” You are such wonderful humans. You play the game so well pretending to be humans, when in fact you are master guide spirits that have gone through this many times before. Now we ask you to draw upon your strength, for the time is coming., Although the fear continues to build, you have already shifted the critical mass. Now the further you can take it into the love energy, the easier it is going to be not only for you but for every person around you. This shift can be a joy. It can be beautiful. It can be wonderful, if you so choose. That is what we are hoping you will choose for yourself—your being, your guides, your own energies around you waiting to fulfill whatever is in that brain of yours.
Mastery of Conscious Thought
It is now time to become masters of your thought. Masters of thought does not mean that you hold only positive thoughts. You are not in control of thoughts that travel through your head, but you are in control of the ones that stay there so choose those thoughts carefully. Do not ridicule yourselves for having bad thoughts or for having a bad day. Understand it. Know that it is your vibration re-flecting back to you in some way and figure out a way to make your life more comfortable, more joyous, filled with more light than you ever have been before.
Magnetosphere Whiplash
Now we wish to return to the message previously mentioned about the Magnetosphere. We shared that message shortly after the earthquake in Chile, when we told you that the Earth has actually changed its spinning axis. It still has taken science a long time to figure out how much because it is not an easy calculation. The world was spinning about 16º and has now shifted as a result of the earthquake. Of course, it is a preparation for what is to come. Have you noticed that many of you have been uprooted from your jobs? Uprooted from relationships or sometimes even moved to a new city? Why? Sometimes, to be in preparation for what is coming.
This is taking place not only with Earth, but also with the magnetosphere around Earth. The Earth, just like any sentient being, has energy running through it all the time; therefore, it has a magnetic field. If you were to take a magnet, place it under a table and then sprinkle iron filings all over the table, you could see how large of a field a little tiny magnet has. The Earth is the same way, with a huge magnetosphere around it moving energy throughout. What happens when that suddenly shifts? The whole magnetosphere moves as well but it takes time, almost as if it is whipping into shape later.
Over these last months, you have been feeling the stress of this magnetosphere finally arriving at its destination. It has swept the world from under your feet in many ways, because it affected many of you on an emotional level triggering insecurities on such a deep level that you instantly forget who you are. You forget you are magnificent, you forget everything you have worked for, who you are, and what you have done in the world. You fall to to your deepest insecurities, which is a natural, human reaction.
First, we ask you do not to be discouraged with yourself, for that feeling of insecurity is natural. Humans will bounce from positive to negative thoughts just as often as you can, but we also tell you that is ending. The final whip of this energy moving into its normal position will be happening over the next two months. Because of that, many of you who have felt like you have been in an incredible transition will suddenly find opportunities to anchor. You will find opportunities to bring the light, whether that is a new business, relationship or an opportunity for you to go to different levels in a relationship you are in or change where you are living. Whatever it is, whatever has happened to you, you will start to find those opportunities of light and the reason you moved there in the first place. Because of this energy finding its home and arriving at its normal space, as magnetic beings you will start to feel that confidence and anchoring.
Even if you feel more confident and less insecure at these times of transition, it is still a personal choice where you place your energy. Each and every one of you has a responsibility to yourself, not to us, the rest of the world, or even the person sitting next to you. When you find your greatest expression of light which you brought from Home—whatever that is—whether it is in artwork, music, speaking through spirit, you can start finding a place to anchor that now. It will not only help you to ground your energy in this new world and anchor it in a way that it will be more flexible as you move forward, but it will also begin helping all the people around you because it is a collective action.
That is probably the most important thing we can share with you today. You are not alone. You could not be alone if you tried, and we really wish you would stop trying so hard. You have outdone yourselves so many times in trying to be separate from each other. You are a part of each other in every single way but you do not see it—the same way you do not see that this hand does not always know that hand is part of the same body.
As this next year progresses, you will have opportunities to anchor your own part from Home, that piece which is your part of heaven to create on Earth. Whatever brings you joy is what you brought from Home. Now you will find that anchor, even though you are wondering, “Oh, who am I?” Or even though you are feeling, “I was a failure because I lost my job. I was a failure because I ended my relationship…”
Whatever you have thought about yourself start releasing it and begin looking for these unique opportunities, for your spirit has been working very hard to present them right in front of you.
Now, you have opportunities. These past several months have been turmoil for many people. We tell you, dear ones, that change is absolutely imminent in this transition. You know that. You have been unhappy with what you have had, which is what caused the change in the first place. The human animal, the physical being which your spirit inhabits, is basically a limited being that was allowed to carry only a small portion of your light and now that is changing. It is an evolutionary step like none before, but you are not clearing off planet Earth and starting over again with a higher vibrational body; you are changing the bodies you have. You do not have to go Home. You do not have to change or go through the entire cycle that you have before. Never in history of the universe has this happened, where beings have taken this big of a step into evolution consciously.
So, open your eyes and walk with every step conscious of your choosing. Do not judge yourself if you choose to have a little drama, that is fine but balance it with fun. Balance it with things that are a part of you and know that whatever it is, you have created it and that there is a reason for it. Even if there is the smallest perception change from negative to positive, you can either let it go or you can benefit from it. There is a reason your spirit has been working with you to go through the things that you are experiencing. Now more than ever before, many of you who have been in drastic transition will find a way to anchor that energy over the next few months.
The Keeper has been working with what he calls Social Networking. He has been trying Twitter and Facebook, starting to be part of the communities in many ways. The other day the Keeper read a post from someone and this person was giving up his car; he had gone through a financial struggle, had not won the struggle, and decided he no longer needed the car. He was in love with the car and hated to let go of it, but then he found the positive. He said that since he lived in Holland, he would ride his bike more: “I am going to get more in shape and take public transportation.” Even though it was hurting his heart, he turned the emotions around and found a positive use for it. The moment you do that, you take control of your life. You are in charge and responsible only for your point of perception. If you wish to change your reality, change that point of perception.
Your Camera of Life
You have cameras here that are shooting from three different angles. If, for some reason, I am blocking my face, they can simply choose another camera to get a better angle to present me. You can do the same thing, but rarely do you move your own camera because you have been taught that it does not move. Once you anchor your camera in one place, you are not aware that it moves. Not only can you pick up your camera and move it to another location, but you can also develop the habit of first positioning. What is the highest position that I can take at this point? What is the highest position that I can see? Even before I open this envelope which I think is bad news or whatever it is, what is the highest position that I can take before the event happens?
That is the highest positioning and there are these little tricks to get there. What is the difference between these little tricks and what you have always called positive thinking? Positive thinking works, but it is very simple. We constantly have to come up with new tricks to show you that it works, because you become involved with these and easily dismiss it once it works. Then you want to try something else.
Literally, you are creators. You are god, so everything you hold in your being is going to manifest in your world. This has always been the case but now you are becoming conscious of it. As you step into these bodies with a conscious spirit and your bodies start changing to hold more of your light, the universe is watching planet Earth because of the incredible job each one of you has done.
There is so much more that will be working and coming to each of you. We will not have all of your answers. We speak through many different people at many different times. We speak to you, but you do not need to call it the group. These are the stories we give you, dear ones, so that you can anchor the energy of Home on your planet, so that you can anchor this energy in your life in some way. The most powerful stories are the ones that you will come up with yourself. We do not wish to answer your questions. We wish only to help you re-member your questions, for you already know the answers.
From the Sun
It is the greatest honor to sit and speak with you this way. We made a deal with the Keeper that we will not calm him down like we did last month. But you understand the love. You feel it when we talk to you because you are a part of us the same way that you are part of each and every person sitting next to you, and that unity is now starting to change planet Earth to the New Earth. We also have told you one other piece which we will share again.
We gave you a number, since humans are always interested in details and numbers. We told you the year 2012 will include a tremendous amount of solar flares and coronal mass ejections coming from the sun to charge up the Earth for the next shift. It occurred between the years 2001and 2006, and it is about to happen with a huge crescendo in 2012.
We also told you that anytime you saw a solar flare, it will be felt in your own magnetic, emotional structure on planet Earth roughly 76 hours later.
Many people will be able to go through emotional shifts—some positive and some negative—as a result of these almost directly 76 hours afterwards. The Keeper doubted the 76 hours and even sent out an email saying we were wrong, then finally he found out we were correct so we have one on him. We are telling you this because yesterday there was a big solar flare and it was interesting in that it was not huge. There were two actually, that came out either side of the sun. Neither was pointed directly at planet Earth, but they are twisting. One was an M-3 as the Keeper calls it, and the other was a B-1.
They were small class solar flares, but because the energy traveled out both sides and twisted the way they were, you will feel them. It is a perfect warmup to take this energy and instead of blocking yourself or trying to protect yourself from it, feel what it is like in a few hours to let this energy come in and go through you leaving you cleansed instead of upset or in drama. You know it is coming. We tell you right now it is coming and many of you will feel it in just a few hours.
Take this opportunity to take responsibility and be in charge of how you are going to channel that energy from Home and from your solar sun. Many of these are coming and you will become good at not only dealing with this yourself, but at teaching other people and opening the doors.
We are so very proud of you. If we could share with you even a small piece of your true magnificence you would understand why we sit here. You would understand what this is about for us, for we are quite selfish in nature and we do this only for us. But you have brought so much joy to our lives to see how a bubble of biology can evolve to make room for more spirit, to see you re-member your true nature. You come to these rooms and you have a tendency to put us on a pedestal. You have no idea of how magnificent you are. That is the reason we are here and when you finally do leave these bodies, you step out and come Home, we will greet you with beautiful, open arms. We will tell you how loved you are and how missed you were at Home. It is our honor to be connected with you in this way.
We leave you with three simple reminders. Treat each other with the greatest respect for you are looking in the eyes of god. Nurture one another every chance you get for you are helping yourself when you do so. Re-member that it is a game and play well together.

Japan was my backyard growing up and it's like living in the briar patch...Guam's international convergence zone, typhoons throughout Micronesia, earthquakes and tsunamis, Dragon's Triangle (the Pacific side of the Bermuda Triangle)... I was up until 2am Saturday morning waiting to hear any news about the tsunami's impact on Palau, Guam and Hawai'i, knowing that I have relatives and friends living out there. The 8.9 quake is actually considered an aftershock. Japan had pre-shock quakes of 6.5 to 7.5 about 2 days prior and there were at least 100 aftershocks of 5.0 of more afterwards.
The powerful earthquake that unleashed a devastating tsunami Friday appears to have moved the main island of Japan by 8 feet (2.4 meters) and shifted the Earth on its axis.
"At this point, we know that one GPS station moved (8 feet), and we have seen a map from GSI (Geospatial Information Authority) in Japan showing the pattern of shift over a large area is consistent with about that much shift of the land mass," said Kenneth Hudnut, a geophysicist with the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
Reports from the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology in Italy estimated the 8.9-magnitude quake shifted the planet on its axis by nearly 4 inches (10 centimeters).
The temblor, which struck Friday afternoon near the east coast of Japan, killed hundreds of people, caused the formation of 30-foot walls of water that swept across rice fields, engulfed entire towns, dragged houses onto highways, and tossed cars and boats like toys. Some waves reached six miles (10 kilometers) inland in Miyagi Prefecture on Japan's east coast.
The quake was the most powerful to hit the island nation in recorded history and the tsunami it unleashed traveled across the Pacific Ocean, triggering tsunami warnings and alerts for 50 countries and territories as far away as the western coasts of Canada, the U.S. and Chile. The quake triggered more than 160 aftershocks in the first 24 hours -- 141 measuring 5.0-magnitude or more.
The quake occurred as the Earth's crust ruptured along an area about 250 miles (400 kilometers) long by 100 miles (160 kilometers) wide, as tectonic plates slipped more than 18 meters, said Shengzao Chen, a USGS geophysicist.
Japan is located along the Pacific "ring of fire," an area of high seismic and volcanic activity stretching from New Zealand in the South Pacific up through Japan, across to Alaska and down the west coasts of North and South America. The quake was "hundreds of times larger" than the 2010 quake that ravaged Haiti, said Jim Gaherty of the LaMont-Doherty Earth Observatory at Columbia University.
The Japanese quake was of similar strength to the 2004 earthquake in Indonesia that triggered a tsunami that killed over 200,000 people in more than a dozen countries around the Indian Ocean. "The tsunami that it sent out was roughly comparable in terms of size," Gaherty said. "[The 2004 tsunami] happened to hit some regions that were not very prepared for tsunamis ... we didn't really have a very sophisticated tsunami warning system in the Indian Ocean basin at the time so the damage was significantly worse."
The Japanese quake comes just weeks after a 6.3-magnitude earthquake struck Christchurch on February 22, toppling historic buildings and killing more than 150 people. The timeframe of the two quakes have raised questions whether the two incidents are related, but experts say the distance between the two incidents makes that unlikely.
"I would think the connection is very slim," said Prof. Stephan Grilli, ocean engineering professor at the University of Rhode Island.
The group gave me no warning about what was coming in this message.
