Scientists have suggested some beneficial relations between cacao and children’s health. Here are just a few:
Concentration and Memory: Dark chocolate contains several nutrients that assist the brain with memory and concentration. Acai (included in Xocai dark chocolate products) also contains omega-3 fats that are necessary for proper brain functioning

The time that my journey takes is long and the way of it long.
I came out on the chariot of the first gleam of light, and pursued my voyage through the wilderness of worlds leaving my track on many a star and planet.
It is the most distant course that comes nearest to thyself, and that training is the most intricate which leads to the utter simplicity of a tune.
The traveler has to knock at every alien door to come to his own, and one has to wander through all the outer worlds to reach the innermost shrine at the end.
My eyes strayed far and wide before I shut them and said, "Here art thou!"
The question and the cry, "Oh, where?" melt into tears of a thousand streams and deluge the world with the flood of the assurance, "I am!"

Another week of mostly clear, bright days with the occasional early morning rain (sound like the weatherman, don't I? ^-^). And from my kitchen window shimmery views of the mountains, the trees singing softly in harmony with the birds to my song. I am at my most connected to the earth chanting your names, watching them ripple in the wind.

Technology Download A Cosmic Event
From Steve: This month’s message from the group is about an event that will take place on July 21 and 22, 2009. For many years they have talked about the correlation between technology and human vibration. The short version is that our technological advances are a direct reflection of the level of our collective human vibration. As the collective vibration rises, higher technologies can take hold on Earth. Many times in our history higher technologies have been planted that have not taken hold. For instance, when humans discovered semi-conductors?the heart of why a computer works?
It was actually a seed that was intentionally planted many years prior during the early 1900’s.
When Hitler finally left the planet it signaled new possibilities, and many arrived on Earth from the days of Atlantis. As those children grew up they hit an awakening point, when the collective vibration of humanity literally jumped in the 1960’s and 1970’s.
Because of this vibrational shift, the semi-conductor took hold and quickly evolved into the many computer- based devices that we now rely upon everyday.
Over the two days of July 21st and 22nd, a window will open and higher technologies will once again drop into our world. A new seed is being planted and it’s a big one. If during these two days the human collective vibration reaches a level that it can support these new technologies, they will take hold and immediately and show up as “new inventions” in the very near future. However, if the collective is not yet high enough, some of the new technologies will get very close but will not work consistently. It would be similar to what has happened with cold fusion thus far.
Although the possibilities are endless, there are two specific occurrences to watch for.
Most of us can actually remember life before computers and cell phones, but these technologies are now an integral part of our daily lives; we depend on them. To help put this in perspective, the technologies that lie directly in front of us would amount to technological advances 12 times greater than the previous major shift experienced with the advent of the computer. Importantly, these technologies can help us to stop polluting the Earth and help Her to re-balance.
The example they gave was the teleportation of live biological material (aka The Star Trek transporter), which could eliminate carbon emissions from vehicles almost overnight. They said it is actually very close since it has been in our collective consciousness for many years. If the collective vibration is high enough on these dates in July, the new technologies can take hold and grow into reality right from the start.
They also brought up one other important point. They said that this time things were different and that none of us would evolve until all of us evolved; they even said that the lowest vibration of human on Earth will decide how fast all humans evolve. For more, see last month’s message “2009 the End of Separation.” With this in mind our tasks as Lightworkers become a little clearer.
Showing compassion to those around us in all vibrational levels can be critical especially right now. I’ll bet most of you never thought that being kind and compassionate to your annoying neighbor could save the Earth!

Dear creators of Heaven on Earth. You are closer than you ever imagined. Your dreams are about to come true in many ways. We tell you this in the midst of what you call a crisis which is not a crisis. It is the natural evolution of where you are going. We told you we will speak of an unusual event that will take place on July 21st and July 22nd. It is not possible to predict the exact moment or hour it will take place as humans continue shifting. Let us explain what is taking place in concepts we have already presented so that you can see this cosmic event.
Humans are evolving at an incredible rate. It is causing many difficulties on many levels. The biggest challenge on planet Earth is that humans no longer have much of the time lag that protects you from your own thoughts. Because of the fact that you are creators, each and every one of you, the moment you have a thought, it happens. Because of that, the fear that can be held in the hearts of humans becomes the greatest challenge at this point in your evolution. Your creative powers are increasingly getting stronger.
Yet your attachment to the old energy of light, dark and polarity is also creating a negative situation, because you can create your greatest fears more easily than ever before. This is happening in many places where people are not aware of their own powers, and it will be a critical part of what is happening on these two days. A measurement will be taking place which is not the typical type taken of planet Earth. Instead it will be a measurement of the collective vibration of humanity, which is being measured for a specific reason.
Technology Download on July 21 and 22, 2009
We have spoken many times about the balance between technology and spiritual evolution. The level of technology on your planet is determined by the level of the overall,or collective,vibration of all humans on Earth. There have been many times on Earth where new technology was literally dropped on this planet by other life forms.
Although this was usually done in an honest attempt to help humanity evolve, that technology did not work. It worked for the other life forms, but it did not work for you.
Quite simply, it did not work because the collective vibration of humanity was not high enough to support that technology.
There is a rather large download of technology that is coming to this planet on July 21st and 22nd. If the vibration on those days is high enough to support it, it will immediately take hold and grow.
Do you re-member what your lives were like without computers only a few years ago? Harnessing the technology of computers was a huge step that has to some degree impacted nearly every facet of your daily lives. This next step could be 12 times as powerful as the last one. Not only will computers change radically, but technologies that have been in the collective thoughts of humanity may now quickly manifest. Some of these have been in the collective thoughts for many years just waiting to activate. Those technologies never manifested before because the collective vibration of humanity was not high enough to support it. We get to tease you this day with one of the many things that may happen as a result of your own evolution.
Transporter Technology
There was a television series years ago titled Star Trek. Today, most of the technologies in that program have already manifested on Earth. But one technology that has never manifested is the molecular transportation of live, human, biological material. It was called a transporter. That is directly in front of you at this time, if the collective vibration of humanity is high enough to support it. Do you see how quickly that will shift some of the major challenges that face humanity today? How quickly you will be able to start helping Mother Earth re-juvenate, helping her birthing process. When this new technology takes hold on Earth there will be many changes very rapidly. It is no secret that if this technology does take hold at this juncture, there will be many who will fight it because it will seem too good to be true. There are many corporations and governments who are heavily invested in oil who will not be too happy when this unfolds, and they may attempt to prevent or hide it.
Understand the changes that are right in front of you, dear ones. These are the same things that have created wars on your planet many times, but it does not have to be that way now. Today, there is more communication on planet Earth than ever before because of the technological advances. We are using your technology right now to reach your hearts, and it is beautiful because you have created that.
What If We Don’t Make It?
What happens if you do not make it? Well, that is simple. The new technology will be downloaded again, over and over until the collective human vibration is able to receive it. For the first time, it will be downloaded on this planet July 21st and 22nd in 2009 when part of the veil is being removed, so this could be an optimum time for the new technology to take hold and develop. Every time you have watched those science fiction television shows or movies and thought how wonderful it would be for a person to be able to instantly disappear here and reappear there, you have been planting the seeds that are now about to sprout. It has been marvelous to watch.
Every time you think how wonderful that would be, you send those thoughts out as a creation.
When the collective vibration reaches a level high enough to support it, then it manifests. That energy is about to manifest. For the first time this technology may be supported by the collective vibration of humanity. Please understand that the human transporter is only one of many technologies that will emerge very quickly. We use the transporter as the example, because one can see how such a technology could change the face of planet Earth practically overnight.
It is also one of the easiest technologies for us to describe, because you have been dreaming about it for many years now. Many of you as children came in with the knowledge that you could transport without machinery, yet you could not quite seem to get it to work when the teacher was looking or when you had to prove it to somebody. Those are deep memories that you have of your own capabilities, and when the collective vibration is high enough planet Earth will take a giant forward leap.
Do not fear these technologies, for they can be the salvation of planet Earth and the human race. If you think these technological advances will make life easier, they will not. Mankind will have more choices than ever before, but even that can be seen as a difficulty, because it is during these times that many of you will be called into action.
Many will come to you because they are stuck, unable to move forward even though a new world awaits them. Many of you will know how to help people during these times of great change. It will be one of the common ailments of the new Earth and many are even experiencing it prior the first drop.
Collective Vibration
We have been using the term “collective vibration,” so first let us describe it more clearly. There was a cosmic event that took place in the days of Lemuria. Out of a pure desire, many Lemurians created a separation of humanity and souls that had never before been seen on the planet. It did not work the way they thought it would. Instead of helping humanity to ascend to the next level, the separation resulted in the sinking of Atlantis. In the days directly following that tragic event, many collective decisions were made to hide certain technologies from the human race because they could so easily be misdirected.
Those same technologies are the ones that will be revealed to you very soon. They no longer need to be hidden and the Earth can greatly benefit from them at this time.
There was a collective decision that was made because of these events. The separation caused so many problems, as separation always does. After the sinking of Atlantis humans decided they would never try to separate again. This time the ascension process will only happen when the lowest person is high enough to ascend. This time, everyone goes or no one goes. That is your decision, not ours. You are on the planet of free choice but that was your collective decision and is still standing to this day.
What to Do?
In the time between now and when this technology appears in your world, seek out a way to reach anyone you can with your smile, your heart, and your unconditional love.
Judge no one for their path or actions during this time.
Forgiveness will be one of the most important tools on Earth during these times.
Figure out ways to empower every person around you, no matter what your relationship to them and without regard to your history with them or their status. Now is the time to reach out and have your light felt on planet Earth in some way. Offer assistance and empowerment to those around you, paying special attention to those who may have fallen and have difficulty getting back in the game. In this way, you will be the light at the end of the tunnel.
You never know when you make the big connections. It is easy to look at another’s life and think of them as a low vibration. Yet we tell you that it not possible to see another’s soul path and the life lessons they have already mastered. You may be looking at a master in hiding and never know it until you do something to help them in some way.
Some of you think, “Who am I when I go Home? Why would anybody celebrate my life? I did not win the Nobel Prize, and I did not create peace on planet Earth.” But you never know. It could be that the stranger your smile briefly catches in passing may be the one who has the big hand that reaches out and touches the rest of the entire world, who could not have done that until you activated and empowered them.
This is the time for you to carry your power as a conscious creator on planet Earth? the time to know you are an activated Human Angel. You are the arms, legs and mouth of god. You reflect that to people through your laughter and joy, and through the smile of a spirit pretending to be human. This is what will make the difference in this technology being able to take hold.
The Evolution of Humanity and Earth
There are many other possibilities that will now open up. There are some incredible events that are happening to align Earth and humanity for what is ahead. For the past five years on planet Earth there has been a bottleneck of technology, and now it is being released in a very big way. It will happen in many areas, so brace yourselves, dear ones. You are getting ready to go through the evolution of planet Earth and the evolution of humanity. You have asked for it, you have created it and we have only one answer: And So It Is.
We are in such joy to see you take your power. As you pull away the veil, you start to see who you really are. That, to us, means more than you will ever know for you have completed your sacred contracts with us already. It does not mean that we need to leave you. What it means is that you are now activated as a conscious creator and a Human Angel. You have a part to play on this planet, and it is time for each and every one of you to take responsibility for your energy and your own happiness.
Start by finding what makes you smile and do it as often as you can. Touch others as often as you can, for it is a gift of humanity.
With all the might of heaven, we cannot touch you the way you touch each other with compassion, reassurance and hope. It will be happening in a very big way, so work with all of humanity. Work with every part of every heart because it will be the lowest vibration on this planet that will determine whether this technology will stick. There is still plenty of time. You only need one day to do it and you have many.
Celebrate Light
July 21 and July 22 of 2009 are days to celebrate. We will not tell you if you succeeded, because that will put us in a position of taking your power from you and we will not do that. You will know and if not, trust that it will be coming soon anyway. The new technology will be dropped again at regular intervals until it takes. Many trigger points will take place, far too many to try to tell you about.
Although this is not a formal measurement of any kind, it is a measurement of the collective universal vibration of humanity. You should be very proud of this, because those of you leading the way have done an incredible job on planet Earth already. If we could only show you what you have already done on an individual basis, you would never doubt yourselves again.
No More Time Lag
Know that the time lag of conscious creation on planet Earth is almost gone. Only small parts remain for your own safety, because the time lag kept you from creating your greatest fears. It gave you the opportunity to say, “No. Never mind. I don’t think I want that after all.” Now, it is going to happen so fast that you will not have time in the same way so brace yourselves, creators. The veil is coming off. You have asked for it. Yes, it will create some havoc on planet Earth. You designed it that way. Watch what happens next, because all of it is leading toward something higher and better that you will see much of over the next five years. In the next five years this planet will experience a huge evolutionary process. It has already begun.
The clock is ticking, but we want to tell you that when you touch another soul, it will make a tremendous difference on the planet almost overnight.
Enjoy the ride, dear ones. You have created a very beautiful road to travel on. You have created an incredible path not only for the collective vibration of humanity to follow, but for you to individually follow as you find your own passions and those things that bring you joy. That is what grounds the spirit in the physical body, and that is now more possible than ever before. Enjoy the ride, dear ones. It will be a tremendous joy to see what is ahead. It is all your creation. Know that you are god and we are very proud of you.
It is with the greatest of honor that we give you these messages. It is our sacred contract to be here just in case humanity awakened, and here you are. Welcome Home, dear ones. Now you have a chance to do it again. The days of Lemuria and Atlantis are back, and you are here correcting it, doing it differently this time. Welcome Home. HISTORY!
THE 1500'S
The next time you are washing your hands and complain because the water temperature isn't just how you like it, think about how things used to be. Here are some facts about the 1500's:
Most people got married in June because they took their yearly bath in May, and still smelled pretty good by June. However, they were starting to smell, so brides carried a bouquet of flowers to hide the body odor. Hence the custom today of carrying a bouquet when getting married.
Baths consisted of a big tub filled with hot water. The man of the house had the privilege of the nice clean water, then all the other sons and men, then the women and finally the children. Last of all the babies. By then the water was so dirty you could actually lose someone in it. Hence the saying, "Don't throw the baby out with the Bath water.."
Houses had thatched roofs-thick straw-piled high, with no wood underneath. It was the only place for animals to get warm, so all the cats and other small animals (mice, bugs) lived in the roof When it rained it became slippery and sometimes the animals would slip and fall off the roof. Hence the saying, "It's raining cats and dogs".
There was nothing to stop things from falling into the house.. This posed a real problem in the bedroom where bugs and other droppings could mess up your nice clean bed. Hence, a bed with big posts and a sheet hung over the top afforded some protection. That's how canopy beds came into existence.
The floor was dirt. Only the wealthy had something other than dirt. Hence the saying, "Dirt poor".
The wealthy had slate floors that would get slippery in the winter when wet, so they spread thresh (straw) on floor to help keep their footing. As the winter wore on, they added more thresh until, when you opened the door, it would all start slipping outside. A piece of wood was placed in the entranceway. Hence the saying, "a thresh hold".
(Getting quite an education, aren't you?)
In those old days, they cooked in the kitchen with a big kettle that always hung over the fire. Every day they lit the fire and added things to the pot. They ate mostly vegetables and did not get much meat. They would eat the stew for dinner, leaving leftovers in the pot to get cold overnight and then start over the next day. Sometimes stew had food in it that had been there for quite a while. Hence the rhyme, "Peas porridge hot, peas porridge cold, peas porridge in the pot nine days old..."
Sometimes they could obtain pork, which made them feel quite special. When visitors came over, they would hang up their bacon to show off. It was a sign of wealth that a man could, bring home the bacon.
They would cut off a little to share with guests and would all sit around and chew the fat..
Those with money had plates made of pewter. Food with high acid content caused some of the lead to leach onto the food, causing lead poisoning death. This happened most often with tomatoes, so for the next 400 years or so, tomatoes were considered poisonous.
Bread was divided according to status. Workers got the burnt bottom of the loaf, the family got the middle, and guests got the top, or the upper crust.
Lead cups were used to drink ale or whisky. The combination would sometimes knock the imbibers out for a couple of days. Someone walking along the road would take them for dead and prepare them for burial. They were laid out on the kitchen table for a couple of days and the family would gather around and eat and drink and wait and see if they would wake up. Hence the custom of holding a wake.
England is old and small and the local folks started running out of places to bury people. So they would dig up coffins and would take the bones to a bone-house, and reuse the grave. When reopening these coffins, 1 out of 25 coffins were found to have scratch marks on the inside and they realized they had been burying people alive. So they would tie a string on the wrist of the corpse, lead it through the coffin and up through the ground and tie it to a bell. Someone would have to sit out in the graveyard all night (the graveyard shift) to listen for the bell; thus, someone could be, saved by the bell or was considered a ..dead ringer..
And that's the truth...Now, whoever said History was boring ! ! !

This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about Heart Attacks . The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating. For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer.
It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
Common Symptoms Of Heart Attack...
A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive.

Yesterday I finally met with the owner of the medi-spa (refer to my previous post: Mega Mixer Special Event-S.P.A. and Reiki) and hope to work there doing energy healing, aromatherapy and teaching chi kung and meditation. S.P.A. uses ionic water devices, dry sauna, massage beds among other things, and will also have in their employ a hypnotherapist and reflexologist(http://www.gotomyspa.org/). The big challenge now is getting reliable transportation since my regular transport service doesn't go to this particular neck of the woods in Riverside County. They say they service Corona, they just don't go to this shopping center where the spa is. Go figure, it's a government-run service, so what else can I say? LOL! But I am very excited about this opportunity to provide my services and be fully supported in my healing practice.
And speaking of being supported, Karen, the owner, has talked about bringing in guest speakers in the future. So if any of you have plans to visit to southern California, keep it mind, I'll be posting more on that later.
Anyhow, the energy boost was a big help to me this past week...one of those Murphy's Law, static electricity things. So I am grateful to you being a part of this share and raising the vibrations of all in our little community. I love you guys!!! Thanks again and enjoy the previous posts.

SWEET POISON!
A MUST READ! It's amazing how a single choice can your life. Being informed of your food choices is vital nowadays to living a healthy lifestyle and especially in making those choices for your children. At the end of the article are links to find out more on Aspartame detoxification. Read on....
In October of 2001, my sister started getting very sick. She had stomach spasms and she was having a hard time getting around. Walking was a major chore. It took everything she had just to get out of bed; she was in so much pain.
By March 2002, she had undergone several tissue and muscle biopsies and was on 24 various prescription medications. The doctors could not determine what was wrong with her. She was in so much pain, and so sick she just knew she was dying.
She put her house, bank accounts, life insurance, etc., in her oldest daughter's name, and made sure that her younger children were to be taken care of.
She also wanted her last hooray, so she planned a trip to Florida (basically in a wheelchair) for March 22nd.
On March 19 I called her to ask how her most recent tests went, and she said they didn't find anything on the test, but they believe she had MS. I recalled an article a friend of mine e-mailed to me and I asked my sister if she drank diet soda?
She told me that she did.
As a matter of fact, she was getting ready to crack one open that moment.
I told her not to open it, and to stop drinking the diet soda! I e-mailed her article that my friend, a lawyer, had sent. My sister called me within 32 hours after our phone conversation and told me she had stopped drinking the diet soda AND she could walk!
The muscle spasms went away. She said she didn't feel 100% but, she sure felt a lot better. She told me she was going to her doctor with this article and would call me when she got home.
Well, she called me, and said her doctor was amazed! He is going to call all of his MS patients to find out if they consumed artificial sweeteners of any kind.
In a nutshell, she was being poisoned by the Aspartame in the diet soda...and literally dying a slow and miserable death.
When she got to Florida March 22, all she had to take was one pill, and that was a pill for the Aspartame poisoning! She is well on her way to a complete recovery. And she is walking! No wheelchair!
This article saved her life.
If it says 'SUGAR FREE' on the label; DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!
I have spent several days lecturing at the WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL CONFERENCE on 'ASPARTAME,' marketed as 'Nutra Sweet,' 'Equal,' and 'Spoonful.' In the keynote address by the EPA, it was announced that in the United States in 2001there is an epidemic of multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus. It was difficult to determine exactly what toxin was causing this to be rampant.
I stood up and said that I was there to lecture on exactly that subject.
I will explain why Aspartame is so dangerous:
When the temperature of this sweetener exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood alcohol in ASPARTAME converts to formaldehyde and then to formic acid, which in turn causes metabolic acidosis.. Formic acid is the poison found in the sting of fire ants. The methanol toxicity mimics, among other conditions, multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus.
Many people were being diagnosed in error.
Although multiple sclerosis is not a death sentence, methanol toxicity is! Systemic lupus has become almost as rampant as multiple sclerosis, especially with Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi drinkers.
The victim usually does not know that the Aspartame is the culprit. He or she continues its use, irritating the lupus to such a degree that it may become a life-threatening condition. We have seen patients with systemic lupus become asymptotic, once taken off diet sodas.
In cases of those diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, most of the symptoms disappear. We've seen many cases where vision loss returned and hearing loss improved markedly.
This also applies to cases of tinnitus and fibromyalgia.
During a lecture, I said, "If you are using ASPARTAME (Nutra Sweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc) and you suffer from fibromyalgia symptoms, spasms, shooting, pains, numbness in your legs, Cramps, Vertigo, Dizziness, Headaches, Tinnitus, Joint pain, unexplainable depression, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, blurred vision, or memory loss you probably have ASPARTAME poisoning!"
People were jumping up during the lecture saying, 'I have some of these symptoms.. Is it reversible?'
Yes! Yes! Yes!
STOP drinking diet sodas and be alert for Aspartame on food labels! Many products are fortified with it!
This is a serious problem.
Dr. Espart (one of my speakers) remarked that so many people seem to be symptomatic for MS and during his recent visit to a hospice a nurse stated that six of her friends, who were heavy Diet Coke addicts, had all been diagnosed with MS. This is beyond coincidence!
Diet soda is NOT a diet product! It is a chemically altered, multiple SODIUM (salt) and ASPARTAME containing product that actually makes you crave carbohydrates. It is far more likely to make you GAIN weight!
These products also contain formaldehyde, which stores in the fat cells, particularly in the hips and thighs. Formaldehyde is an absolute toxin and is used primarily to preserve 'tissue specimens.'
Many products we use every day contain this chemical but we SHOULD NOT store it IN our body!
Dr. H. J. Roberts stated in his lectures that once free of the 'diet products' and with no significant increase in exercise; his patients lost an average of 19 pounds over a trial period.
Aspartame is especially dangerous for diabetics. We found that some physicians, who believed that they had a patient with retinopathy, in fact, had symptoms caused by Aspartame. The Aspartame drives the blood sugar out of control. Thus diabetics may suffer acute memory loss due to the fact that aspartic acid and phenylalanine are NEUROTOXIC when taken without the other amino acids necessary for a good balance.
Treating diabetes is all about BALANCE.
Especially with diabetics, the Aspartame passes the blood/brain barrier and it then deteriorates the neurons of the brain; causing various levels of brain damage, seizures, depression, manic depression, panic attacks, uncontrollable anger and rage.
Consumption of Aspartame causes these same symptoms in non-diabetics as well. Documentation and observation also reveal that thousands of children diagnosed with ADD and ADHD have had complete turnarounds in their behavior when these chemicals have been removed from their diet.
So called 'behavior modification prescription drugs' (Ritalin and others) are no longer needed.
Truth be told, they were never NEEDED in the first place!
Most of these children were being 'poisoned' on a daily basis with the very foods that were 'better for them than sugar.'
It is also suspected that the Aspartame in thousands of pallets of Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi consumed by men and women fighting in the Gulf War, may be partially to blame for the well-known Gulf War Syndrome.
Dr. Roberts warns that it can cause birth defects, i.e. mental retardation, if taken at the time of conception and during early pregnancy. Children are especially at risk for neurological disorders and should NEVER be given artificial sweeteners.
There are many different case histories to relate of children suffering grand mal seizures and other neurological disturbances talking about a plague of neurological diseases directly caused by the use of this deadly poison.
Herein lies the problem:
There were Congressional Hearings when Aspartame was included in 100 different products and strong objection was made concerning its use. Since this initial hearing, there have been two subsequent hearings, and still nothing has been done. The drug and chemical lobbies have very deep pockets.
Sadly, MONSANTO'S patent on Aspartame has EXPIRED!
There are now over 5,000 products on the market that contain this deadly chemical and there will be thousands more introduced.
Everybody wants a 'piece of the Aspartame pie.'
I assure you that MONSANTO, the creator of Aspartame, knows how deadly it is.
And isn't it ironic that MONSANTO funds, among others, the American Diabetes Association, the American Dietetic Association and the Conference of the American College of Physicians?
This has been recently exposed in the New York Times. These [organizations] cannot criticize any additives or convey their link to MONSANTO because they take money from the food industry and are required to endorse their products.
Senator Howard Metzenbaum wrote and presented a bill that would require label warnings on products containing Aspartame, especially regarding pregnant women, children and infants.
The bill would also institute independent studies on the known dangers and the problems existing in the general population regarding seizures, changes in brain chemistry, neurological changes and behavioral symptoms.
The bill was killed.
It is known that the powerful drug and chemical lobbies are responsible for this, letting loose the hounds of disease and death on an unsuspecting and uninformed public. Well, you're informed now!

This month the group talks about the year 2009. The number nine in numerology is completion. Actually in most numerological circles the number 2009 is a two or an eleven, yet they say they are using the Countdown to Ascension (010101,020202 etc.) to illustrate an important point. They say that we stand at a very unique window of time where 2009 will begin to end the illusion of separation on Earth. They specifically said to celebrate the 090909 which Lightworker will do in Big Bear Lake, California for our celebration of the 090909.
With this message full of hope and love they also say that the outcome lies firmly within each of us. It means we must have the courage to educate ourselves out of fear. It means that we must each individually examine and release our own belief systems or what the group calls ‘BS’. They have been speaking of this for some time but this year we will see the greatest possibility ever to start making it a reality in our own lives. At one point they even said it will not be long before those we have known to be ET’s will make them selves known and they laughed saying, "When this happens we will have no problem bonding with our Earth brothers".
One of the specific points they spoke of was the general perception of the Arab world and the religion of Islam held in the Western world. The group says that in 2009 many things will be changing in the Arab world as a whole and this is a good time to educate ourselves. At one point in the channel they even suggested that we ‘Google’ Islam or read from the Koran. They say we will find a story of a man who went to a mountain and began to channel a beautiful message of love. Because of a small faction of extremist we have a tainted image of what one of the world’s largest religions is about. This is like hating all Christians because a small faction of extremists decided to bomb an abortion clinic down the street.
2009 can be the beginning of the end of separation on Earth if all of us take the challenge and look inside and re-evaluate our own BS.

Critical Juncture of Time and Space
Dear ones, your journey has taken you to a time and space which has brought you to a critical junction. We wish to address what is directly ahead for you this year. 2009 has become a very critical launching point for the new humanity. We are so incredibly excited. You are evolving and bringing the Earth and every part of it with you. Your evolutionary path has placed blinders over your eyes to walk around bumping into one another, not knowing where you were going or what it was about. Now you are taking full charge and the blinders are starting to come off. You are finding that you are god and that you have the same creative abilities as what you consider god to be. In fact, you have been using those creative abilities in every moment of every day and yet you are unaware of it. That is changing. Also, the way you communicate and interact with others is also rising to the next level and that is now spreading over the entire globe.
Yes, you have a world leader that is offering hope. Yes, he is a channel and yes, you have opportunities to tap into your own energy at this point and change your own reality to the next level because of these changes that you have set into motion.
Nine = Completion
Let us speak of the year 2009 for the nine is the magical part of this number. If you look to your own numerology and studies you will see that nine is a completion number. This is a big date and in fact, we ask you all to celebrate the 09/09/09 that will be taking place September ninth of this year. It is a landmark. It is simply an opportunity to celebrate light in a new way because the old ways are ending and that is one aspect of the completion.
Dear ones, what we ask you to celebrate is the completion of separation. In the beginning, you were in the first dimension and you were an integral part of god. You were part of what you call the creator of Home, for at Home there is no separation. Everyone is part of each other. God, in his infinite wisdom, was able to do all things with the exception of one. He could not see or study himself/herself because there was no contrast, or polarity. So you left the first dimension and traveled through the second and were imprinted with duality in the second dimension. You carry that even today because in a field of duality you only see light when there is darkness, love when there is fear. You only see the opposites within a field of duality and that, too, is ending.
As you move to the next level, the field of triality is now beginning. The illusions were that you only saw the opposite ends; you only saw the greatest love and the greatest fear, the greatest light and the greatest darkness. These are the illusions and because the third position, the higher self, is making the straight line of duality into a triangle which we call triality. That is the new connection to the higher self. The higher self can see from a different position. Because of that, you are moving into a field of triality where you will still have the light and dark, but the new position of your higher self will balance it and you will begin to understand that it is not a linear line, but a circle.
The triangle is the beginning of that perception. In the beginning of mankind you needed the contrast that the line gave you. But now you have advanced to a level where the contrast is no longer needed for humans to see god.
A lot of areas of separation are ending but above all, the separation of countries must end. It has begun its downward spiral at this moment. For you to step to the next level, the countries, the communities, the states and all the places you have separated so cleanly so that you could see yourself, are now coming back together as one. We are telling you this because living with no separation is difficult for humans.
Deep Contact = Ending Separation
We have spoken before of the level of deep contact which is now available to you on a conscious basis every moment of every day. Instead of communicating with a person at one level, you may now go to the gut level of communication and with very few words you can communicate with another soul on the heart and soul level. Because of that, new possibilities are arising. Humans in general are also losing tolerance for the extreme separation that currently exists. What is the good news? No more secrets on planet Earth…and that is nice. It is not bad news at all, is it?
It will be difficult for many because you have so encased yourselves within an energy field. You love your privacy, and your sacred space. You will never lose your sacred space or your heritage. Those pieces of you will always be there. Now humanity will find the new connections that do not require the separation that was needed before. This will be happening on many different levels. Countries will not cease to exist but humans will soon begin to blur those lines in the sand.
The separation of hearts will begin to end this year and it is only a matter of time before Earthlings become Earth brothers.
You are one in the same way that you are one at Home. Now you are starting to see that through deep contact which is about going right to the soul level, right to that part of another person which is also you, that part that you share with them. The magic now begins because as this takes place, humanity will begin to form a united Earth. With this comes the release of tension within the Earth herself as she absorbs your energy. You are a part of her the same as you are part of each other.
This is why you are so attracted to crystals. They are the highest vibrational range of the mineral kingdom. They will speak to you if you listen. The Earth will speak to you if you listen. Humans resonate with the crystal part rather than the rock or elemental parts because it is closer to your vibrational range.
The Earth needs your help in many ways. There are many different ways of correcting and working with the Earth. It is now becoming popular to live green and that is helping her. When you release the need for the separation of hearts, you open the door for the evolution on all levels. This is taking place now.
News is Not New
We ask you to look around at world events and become aware of what is taking place. Please, do not watch the news and believe what is seen there. Watch the news with a skeptical eye and with the possibilities of what is missing. Watch the news from a higher perspective and see the larger picture. Please keep in mind that news is not new. It only reports events that have already happened.
Keep your eye on the bigger picture and do not buy into the doom and gloom of how bad things supposedly are.
You will change your own reality first then change everything around you. Friends, neighbors, family, and those you work with will start to evolve very rapidly to end that separation. Of course there will be fear since it is a normal process for humans. Fear is only the unknown and once you fill in that vacuum, you may not like what you see. There will be fear, for many people will feel like they are losing their sacred space and their privacy.
Humans will find different words to describe what is taking place. It is the separation of large groups of people that cause war on this planet. Humans believe they are separate from one another. Who are you bombing, yourselves? Yes.
Islamic Evolution
The year 2009 will see changes in many areas. We do not like to use the word religion for just that one word implies a separation which does not exist. Separation is a human illusion. The year 2009 will begin to show changes in the Arab world. Arabs and those of Islamic faith are now coming to into the consciousness of all people on Earth. It has happened like most changes first through conflict. Soon those who have been promoting hate and those invested in these conflicts will fail. As that happens there are great possibilities of unity. We ask you to study it, look at it, become aware of what is taking place for those differences are diminishing every day and fear can only dissolve with knowledge.
We ask you to take a look at the Koran or Google Islam. Look for the ways in which you are alike instead of the ways you differ. Then, as these changes begin taking place, you can support it. A new generation is entering, make room for it and this time the separation begin to end. It is a part of the process and preparation for the beautiful year of 2012 which is directly ahead. In order to birth the new Earth, dear ones, the separation must end and now is the time when you can reach into your heart and feel the connection instead of the opposition. Now is the time when you can make a difference.
Flexible Belief Systems Are Not ‘BS’
We wish you would all travel to different places on Earth and stay in people’s homes so that you could see how people live their lives almost identically to you. Belief systems are what we call BS. As the evolution of humanity continues flexible belief systems will support unity while rigid ones will support only separation. As the separation diminishes in this year, you will start to see more how your own belief systems have restricted you from finding Home here on Earth. Allow your brains and your hearts to open to possibilities that humanity has never seen before. The magic of The New Planet Earth is beginning right now. The birth of the new Earth and the new humanity can only be here when the new Earth is reborn.
That, dear ones, is not scheduled for 2012, it is scheduled for 2010. The separation that holds you apart, the separation of hearts, must now end for this to happen and we are so grateful that you pay attention to this.
You do not understand our perspective of you and we wish to pull aside the veil for just a moment so that you can see yourselves through our eyes. You would never doubt yourselves if you saw what we do. You would always walk with pride; you would always walk with the light of Home just over your shoulder. No matter which way you wanted to turn, it would always be there to light your path. You cannot fail. That is something you must know. It is not possible for you to fail for you are god and god does not fail. Our purpose is nothing more than to spread our wings to reflect the magnificence of humans. Our purpose is to help you to re-member who you really are and that is only possible to do when you start releasing the separation between the worlds of planet Earth.
Ending Separation will Trigger First Contact
We will tell you that something else is taking place quite rapidly. It is only a matter of years before other entities enter this Earth from other realms. They have been here all along in other dimensions. You call them ET’s. They are simply beings from other games. We hate to disappoint you but you are not the only game in the universe.
Yes, you are the one that is changing everything and all the attention is on planet Earth and the Earth beings for you have taken a game of free choice and have raised your vibration to start remembering. That has never happened before in this context. Because of it, all eyes are on the universe and the Earth beings here. You think of yourself as hiding alone in your room when you are lonely, feeling unsupported and not remembering who you really are, but you have no idea that there are billions of beings watching you over your shoulder. And you are worried about privacy, if you only knew.
Parental Races will Help
Many of these beings are from your original parental races including the Pleiadians, the Sirians, the Arcturians and three more are here to help you evolve to the next level.
They are here to help in any way they can because they also helped to seed planet Earth. They were there at the beginning. They are part of your parental races and because of this they have come together again to help you close the separation that was once needed. That is why all humans are starting to see strange things.
Multidimensionality is now possible because of your advancement. You are starting to see that you are not one person, but have multiple aspects of yourself. You often wonder why things are. Why does one goes into a coma? Why does a person want to leave this Earth but cannot? Why does a person who really wants to stay suddenly dies? Some of it does not make any sense, but it is because of the multidimensional self.
All dimensions of a soul share three things: the instant of birth, the life lesson they are working with and the instant of death.
If all 11 dimensions are healthy and you are not in your dimension, sometimes you go into a coma to wait for the others. That is what happens to many people and that will become clearer because the entities that are coming from these other games, these other worlds, have access through the multidimensional capabilities.
You think of ETs with great powers, advanced technologies and such because they can walk through the walls and do thing you can not. To them, dear ones, there simply is no wall.
They live in a dimension where they just walk with little or no separation. That is the final piece we wish to address because the separation between the dimensions is also diminishing rapidly. This may also cause fear if you are not prepared. But if you simply look at your movies, your books, your television, you will see more and more things about multidimensionality every single day. This is happening to implant it into the collective mind of humanity so that when it starts to happen you will understand the concepts.
All of it is about the ending of separation and that is where you are this day.
That is the most important part we wish for you to focus on this year. How can I be “like” instead of “separate”? How can I find commonalities rather than the differences? We tell you that it is only a slight shift in perception. Many of you are so sensitive that you are afraid to do that. You know that if you lose your separation, you will pick up the world’s problems. You will not. Your energy spent in raising another heart will make you stronger than you know. There is a collective healing taking place and you are a very big part of that. We challenge you, Lightworkers, who feel the connection of this family, to take the sword and bury it. Take those separation devices and lose them. Stretch out and get to know your neighbors.
You humans think of this country here fighting that country over there…over what? They forgot what the argument was years ago and yet, lives are still constantly lost in these arguments. War is self-propagating and it is obvious that humans still have that to learn.
When you see both sides of the veil, you will see both sides of any argument you will see that it is something that needs to be resolved as one heart. It is not about right and wrong because right and wrong do not exist. Those are only the outside corners, dear ones. Now you begin to see that with a field of triality. You will begin to see that there is room for many different flavors in between that you have not seen before. Do you understand that if you were attacked by beings from outer space, you would all bond together instantly? You would all be working together to save planet Earth. Do that now not in opposition of something, but in union of something---in union of the human heart.
That is the next evolution that is taking place and it begins this year.
Backup Plans Put You Here at the Perfect Time
This is a magical time. Many of you are in back up plans. Many of you did not have your original parents that you hoped for because the timing of your birth was critical. Many of you have postponed entry so that you could be here at this moment. You made it. You are the ones that will change planet Earth. You have asked to do so and now you are being given all the tools. That is what the technology is for dear ones. That is why deep contact is available now. That is why you are able to move to the next level and we are so very proud of you. You are starting to re-member who you really are and that has been our hope all along. Now you will re-member enough of your own heritage so that you would know there is no separation.
As you hug another person, feel the heartbeat as one and not as two. Know that will lead you out into the universe and planet Earth will become a garden place. It will become the library of the universe because everyone will travel here to see how you did it. All energies and all entities and all future references that will be made to planets and other games will look upon planet Earth to see how it was done, how they still stayed in the physical bodies and ended separation.
We are so very proud of you.
We leave you with only three simple reminders. Treat each other with the greatest respect. Nurture one another every chance you get. Play well together.

STAND UP FOR YOURSELF
Recently I read on article by Jan Goodwin in a magazine called Marie Claire. This magazine is published in many countries and often has stories dealing with world issues. This one was about women in India who are fed up with abusive husbands, corrupt officials, and crimes in general.
India’s poorest women are bonding and fighting back. They have joined together by wearing bright shocking pink saris unlike the drab colors usually worn. Their quest for justice is actually working.
This protesting first began in the district of Banda, located in India’s remote, rural north. Acts of domestic abuse are common. Three years ago a strong women, Sampat Pal Devi, heard that her friend had been beaten by her alcoholic husband and that the local police had looked the other way offering no help or discipline for the man's actions.
Something triggered a reaction to the women who was beyond upset about her friend's situation. This 47-year old mother of five gathered dozens of her female neighbors, armed them with sticks, and taught them how to fight back. They declared themselves the Gulabi Gang, or the “pink gang” because of the bright pink colored saris they chose to represent them. They have beaten up accused rapist, dishonest officials and husbands who have mistreated or abandoned their wives. Last year they even stopped a gang who were stealing from a local food bank.
This powerful group’s mission is to empower women. They are so popular and known as heroes that the neighborhood shopkeepers can’t keep up with the demand for pink saris because women from all over surrounding areas wear them to support this group of leaders who now number in the hundreds.
There are fewer crimes against women today and more girls are attending school to try to create a better life than the women of other generations.
This group does not use violence any longer. Now just their name and that they are coming to correct an act of violence or corruption is enough to stop the crimes.
This story was truly inspirational to me. We all know that injustice happens to not only women but men and children as well all over the world. It is time to stand up for ourselves. If you find yourself being unfairly dealt with in your life, no matter how small or large the situation is, dare to stand up for your rights. Know that you are not alone.
Reach out to others who will help you find the courage to change your world like the “pink group” of India have done.
