Energy Share for Sunday
March 1, 2009

I will not die an unlived life.

I will not live in fear of falling or catching fire.

I choose to inhabit my days, to allow my living to open me,
to make me less afraid, more accessible, to loosen my heart until it becomes
a wing, a torch, a promise.

I choose to risk my significance;
to live so that which comes to me as seed goes to the next as blossom
and that which comes to me as blossom, goes on as fruit.

Yesterday was another gathering at home to celebrate our family ties. Celebrating birthdays of our 2 little cousins and the passing of my brother-in-law's mother, Anna Timarong. It was her first year anniversary and, in true Palauan style, a big gathering accompanied with a big feast. Cherished memories were recalled of Mamang Anna, the "peacemaker", a loving mother to all near and far, and stories told of the people whose lives she touched. Her legacy continues to be remembered in the children whose birthdays we celebrated - baby Anna, so named in her honor and brother Theo, upon whom Mamang Anna bestowed a favorite Palauan name, Ngoschang (meaning, "to rise, rising".

While those of us who gathered last night were not all related, we are still family. Whether by blood, marriage or acquaintance, we are all connected and united together for this one day.

To celebrate and honor each other.

And that is the inspiration for the energy boost I send you today.

Allow the energy of the boost to fill you with loving kindness, strength and inspiration. To permeate your mind, body and spirit and carry you forward throughout the week. The boost will be there for as long and as much as you need it.

I gratefully acknowledge and embrace the boost from you. Thank you for all you do as healers and friends. Enjoy the previous posts.

Namaste (Let us honor the love and peace within each other),

Lydia
