In times of superficiality and exteriority, we need to learn to look into ourselves, and truly listening to music is a great way of doing this. Music is a trustable friend that can save you even in your darkest moments.

He has been the subject of documentaries for BBC and Channel 4, he writes for The Guardian and performs in concerts all around the world. His Sunday Times and international bestselling memoir, Instrumental, published by Canongate, is a brutally honest, moving, and compelling story that was almost banned until the Supreme Court unanimously overthrew an injunction in May 2015.

The holographic model allows us to conceptualize phenomena that have remained on the fringes of science -- synchronicities, psychic experiences, UFOs, poltergeists, spiritual experiences, states of higher consciousness.
In Part 1 of this two-part program, Michael Talbot discusses the holographic model of brain functioning and the "implicate order" model of quantum physics. He proposes that these two models combined explain many unsolved mysteries in both brain functioning (such as memory and vision) and quantum physics (such as the problem of hidden variables and quantum interconnectedness).
In Part 2 of the DVD, Talbot discusses his own unusual experiences with poltergeist phenomena and UFOs. He suggests that the holographic model provides a means for understanding these experiences without falling into the twin traps of skeptical debunking or occult romanticism.
This program was taped approximately six months before his untimely death in May 1992.
Michael Talbot is the author of 'Mysticism and the New Physics', 'Beyond the Quantum', 'Your Past Lives' and 'The Holographic Universe'. Lookup Michael Talbot's author page and his books on Amazon.

Consciousness researcher Anthony Peake asks whether there can ever be a scientifically satisfactory explanation as to what may happen to human consciousness at the point of death? Anthony believes there can. Using the latest evidence from the fields of quantum physics, neurology, consciousness studies and psychology, he proposes an intriguing and totally original theory.
