Living By Zen (Timeless Truths For Everyday Life)

As the weather grows warmer, we naturally turn to spring cleaning. Not only do we pack away warm, winter clothes and prepare our homes for balmy days, but an inner house-cleaning is also needed.

This is a wonderful time to re-think the way we approach not only the change of seasons, but the changes and hopes in our lives as well. It is good to stop for a few moments, (or more), and try to make this next season different, to make it a time of true freshness and renewal in all respects.

Probably the biggest need all of us have is to feel calm, balanced and positive no matter what is going on in our lives. Living By Zen explores the things that steal your peace of mind, different ways you handle stress and why they do not work.

Here are a few examples: Do you do these?

a. Constantly build strategies that do not work.
b. Try to change and manage everyone in sight.
c. Seek relationships for comfort and peace.
d. Get addicted to what makes you feel good.
e. Live in hopes, dreams and fantasies of the future.
