Here are some Spring photos from Janet Kinge's garden in Basingstoke, UK:

Its only a small greenhouse 6foot x 6foot, then there is the coldframe as well. I can barely move.

I have been busy all week clearing the borders from all the spring plants that have finished flowering to make room for the new plants (in between all the rain its the wettest drought I've ever known!)

Ive also been on cat alert this week. We have got a baby blackbird and three baby sparrows in the garden, so I am doing my screaming Valkyrie impression and chasing the neighbours cats out of our garden. The baby birds sit on the shed roof waiting to be fed, waggling their fluffy wings to get their parents attention.

The washing-up takes ages to do as I get distracted watching them! We have also got a bat that visits in the evening and spends about half an hour swooping up and down the garden catching bugs. I don't know where they roost, but several always appear in the summer.
