Summer is here in sunny southern California! People often complain about the heat because of the desert-like conditions in the Inland Empire, but it's nothing compared to the heat and humidity of the tropics in the southwest Pacific. It certainly inspires gratitude when the air conditioning is working and we have a swimming pool to cool off and splash around in. I hope you are all enjoying the outdors and time spent with friends and family.

With that in mind, I reach out and place in my heart the peals of laughter from my nephews as they play, running, jumping, and calling to each other with abandon. And from my heart I draw on this joyful, uninhibited energy, spreading it around the world to all of you, my friends. Revel in the boost of energy I send to you while I joyfully welcome the boost from you with open arms. Enjoy the inspirational message posts for the week.
