So nobody can help you, nobody can in any way lighten you if not only by indicating you that, if you will really give value to yourself, it will not be necessary anymore to try to change or unmask the external. You see, each one has his own path, each one has something to work with in a very precise way, so each one is responsible for himself. This I say to you but I could say it to any other person. So, work on yourself according to your possibilities.

Because if you don't you strengthen yourself with the love for yourself, you will always have the necessity of the external and I don't say that the external doesn't interact, but it not always corresponds to that image that you would like to have. You cannot let the external destabilize because every time you fall and you have to rebuild, you fall and you have to rebuild so, if you love yourself, what would you like to learn? Learning to find a support, a support that will not let you fall down and which is the support that will not let you fall down? The love and the respect for yourself, the love that will tell you: why what you see and feel has so much value, why does it injure you so much? Why? Why?
