Today I send you an energy boost to fill you with harmonious love, light and peace. In these trying times when people are known to turn on each other out of desperation and fear, mindfulness, self-empowerment, and loving connections with each other are even more vital than ever to our well-being. I'm sure you've read my previous posts so I'll say no more about this past week.

Thank you so much for being the wonderful and beautiful beings that you are and being part of this energy we share. My heart, mind and spirit celebrates and embraces the boost from you.
