Energy Share for Sunday
January 31, 2010

Sometimes our lives are torn asunder.
The tornado of change comes to us swiftly and seemingly without mercy.
What was, is no longer.
We are cast adrift.
The fabric of our existence is torn end to end.
Even in times of such extreme transition, there is an underlying working toward the good.
Even in times in which grief blinds us, in which we rage against our fate, there is a tide that can move us toward growth and healing.

Today, I consciously and deliberately soften my heart against bitterness.  I ask the healing grace of universal love to comfort me and draw me to new beginnings.  I choose to release from my heart its bitter trauma and its shock.  I accept the deeper growth I am offered through my terrible sorrow.  I open my heart by asking for universal forces to aid me in my time of need.

Transitions, Prayers and Declarations for a Changing Life

Hello, hello, I'm back!  Although I wasn't entirely on vacation (as in out of town), but definitely got a much needed break.  To start off this new year, I send you a boost with heartfelt love and compassion. Feel the boost flow with the life-giving force of water into you and be refreshed, awakened and fulfilled. Live simply, adapt fluidly to the changing circumstances and difficulty around you, and be willing to express who you are truthfully. Call on the boost at anytime for as long as you need. I gratefully acknowledge and fully embrace the boost from you.

Thank you for being part of the share, you are what makes this all so wonderful and special.

Enjoy every moment and live the passionate life you intend it to be.

Aloha pumehana (with blessings, love and affection)!
