Probiotics and Healthy Digestion
From an email sent by Joshua Gore at Probiotic Smart...
Hi Lydia!
I came across your blog (which is very nice, by the way), and thought that I’d contact you because your users may find this information to be of use.
Emerging studies are indicating that probiotics may have a positive effect on various conditions including ulcerative colitis and IBS/IBD. When people think about probiotics, often they think of either yogurt or supplements…they may not be aware that several “everyday foods” contain high levels of rich, friendly flora. I’ve compiled a list of such “everyday foods” that are both easy to obtain and easy to prepare. People would be surprised to know that they can easily make probiotic-rich foods a part of their everyday routine (while saving money at the same time).
If you’re interested, we would love for you to share this list with your readers and if you’d like to link to it http://www.probioticsmart.com/blog/2010/04/5-easy-everyday-probiotic-foods/
If you need anything at all from us, please let me know and I’ll get right back to you with it.
Thanks for considering us!
Josh
