With perhaps some soothing music.

Unclutter your mind.

Relax into the meditation.

Create calm and self-centeredness.

Develop a contemplative mind.

Choose your intention space.

Practice meditating.

Be present and attentive to what is, with all of your senses.

Establish a connection with the object of your intention

Be Compassionate

State Your Intention
