Of all the plants around here when I went to find one with a flower on it I could only find 1 little flowerAny way see in the bottom right hand corner I touched a leaf and see how the leaf folds right up. The common name for it here is sensitive plant.Hope this might be of some help to you.

here's a suggestion from Janet Kinge on locating the sensitive plant..

Have just read the bit on your blogsite about the sensitive plant. have checked the seed catalogue that I use and they sell them - here they are classed as greenhouse annuals. You may be able to get them from your local seed merchants, but if not I can send some - I don't think there are any restrictions on sending flower seeds overseas.
