Energy Share for Sunday

Today I send to you an energy boost for the week to help you get on your feet, put that extra bounce in your step, and dance for joy. Today I dance to celebrate that I've been doing this energy share for a little over 5 years and still going strong! So yes, let's dance to that!
Dance to celebrate this moment in time with our loved ones, friends, and the beauty of life. Dance in harmony, dance to be happy, dance to be peaceful...just dance...as if your very life depended on it! Help yourself to the boost whenever you need it and for as much as you want. When you are ready, send out a boost of energy to the group, in whatever shape or form you choose. I joyfully acknowledge the boost from you and welcome it with open arms.
